The KTI75201 is designed only for Ford 3‑valve Triton engines (2004+), where the spark plug breaks at the long steel sleeve. It is not compatible with a 4.6L 2-valve engine because that engine does not utilize the Triton-style sleeve that this kit is meant to extract.
