  1. Does the bottom seat cushion rotate 90 degrees when folded up like the OEM seat to make sure it clears the armrest of the driver seat?

    1. The bottom seat cushion does rotate 90 degrees up and out of the way when folded up so that it does not interfere with the armrest of the driver seat.
