    1. Our Engineering team has established internal testing criteria based on proposed UL standards to determine the Total Energy Containment Rating (TECR). This testing ensures that the product adheres to the highest standards for Justrite performance and reliability. While we are unable to disclose specific details of our testing procedures, we want to assure you that the capacity ratings provided are based on evaluations that align with industry standards. These evaluations confirm that our product meets or exceeds the expectations of our design intent and the advertised TECR.
      The cabinet is not NRTL-listed.

    1. Our Lithium Ion cabinet model 231703 is intended to be plugged into a dedicated 120VAC/60Hz GFCI supply using a minimum14 gauge cord. We do not have any other styles of Lithium Ion Battery cabinets at this time.

  10. Could you please clarify the procedure to follow if a heat-reactive label changes color? Additionally, is it possible to order a replacement label if there was no fire incident?
