  1. Are the measurements given for the 28717 the overall dimensions, or the dimensions for the bottom of the tray? I have a drum measuring 23", will the drum sit on the bottom of the tray or is the 23" the opening outside dimensions?

    1. Hello, the measurements are exterior dimensions.
      A 23" diameter drum will not fit inside of this tray.
