  1. Our unit often smolders and stinky smoke comes out. Is this OK? Our employees think its going to burst into flames but this unit is designed to do this right? Occasional smoldering?

    1. This may happen if your Eagle Smoker has not been cleaned properly. The unit is designed to smolder and contain fire within it should one occur. It should be replaced afterward as it has been compromised and may not function properly the next time a fire occurs inside the bucket.

  2. Can I order the screw/bolt that holds the top half and the bottom half of a 26800T together?
