Product Summary

Moisten cleaning cloths quickly and easily—smart-pump brings more liquid to the top and requires less time between refills. Dispense flammable liquids and solvents safely, without waste or exposure. Made of chemically resistant Ryton® and brass, the pump base is designed to leave less liquid in the bottom before having to refill. Pushing down on the pump assembly fills the upper pan with liquid. Surplus liquid drains safely back into reservoir. The perforated upper pan serves as a flame arrester. Top rim has molded edge protector for smooth, trouble-free moistening.

    1. We cannot provide chemical compatibility information and recommend that you contact your chemical manufacturer and/or consult the SDS for that information. Our plunger can, model #10108, is constructed of 24‑gauge steel, brass, and Ryton. Additionally, yes—the plunger cans should be grounded/bonded when dispensing flammable liquids.

    1. Hello, unfortunately we won't be able to estimate the longevity of these plungers without knowing what you will be using in them, or how frequently they will be used.

      I would recommend taking some time to read through our Red Book, especially on page 19 for some chemical compatibility information that can help you to pick the best type of plunger for your needs (metal versus plastic, etc.) Some of our plungers even have a 10 year warranty!
