    1. This has a welded 7" x 7/8" solid steel uprights for mounting panels.

  3. Are these rated for 8' tall x 10' wide fence panels? And do they have to be anchored into the ground?

    1. They are designed to work with the 6 ft high panels, but would work with the 8 ft fence panels. They would have 5/8" holes at either end of the flat base plate and is recommended to anchor when needed.
