  1. How is the variable speed controlled,rheostat or tapered cone mechanical and what are the minimum and maximum speeds (feet per minute) RPM?

    1. This item has a digital display with arrows that controls the variable speed. There is not an inverter. The minimum RPM is 900 and the maximum is 3600.
