  1. Does this saw require set-up to cut 12"? Does the coolant tank have a filter?

    1. The saw is not able to cut 12 inches. The maximum flat stock capacity is 7" x 7". There is a filter assembly (part number HVBS7MW-29) located over the drain hole.

    1. The maximum round tubing it can cut at 45 degrees is 5" diameter. The maximum square tubing at 45 degrees would be 5" x 5".

    1. Any brand of water-soluble coolant can be used. Coolant for this is unavailable from Northern Tool.

    1. This saw uses a 3/4" x 0.032" x 93" blade. Our item #145731, #155848, and #155850 would be some options we currently offer.
