  2. What is the mandril stroke distance?

    1. About 3".

    2. The Mandrel stroke distance (spindle travel) on this JET machine is 3-1/2 inches.

  3. There is no mention of Table size or it travel limits both critical when shoping for a mill

    1. The working surface of the table is 7.5" x 23". The maximum table travel is 14". The spindle travel is 3.5". The swing is 14.5".

  4. With a 110v machine how are you doing reverse spindle movement while running a tap in the spindle?

    1. There is a switch on the side of the machine that has a Forward, Off and Reverse option. Once you get to the bottom of your drilled hole in Forward, turn the switch to Reverse. Then bring the bar back up.

  9. is the width measurment from the end of the handles

    i only have a 34" wide opening to bring the machine in the house. if there measurment is from the handle knobs i can remove them and and it will fit in. thanks

    1. The distance from the end of one hand wheel knob to the end of the other is 36-1/2".
