The JBC Revolution Series utilizes premium-grade PVC injection molding technology to produce extremely durable traffic cones. Patented Leveling Differential system locks the fluorescent orange cone to the recycled black base. 3M 3340 Flexible Prismatic Reflective cone collar sheeting for great visibility at night. Injection molded design is stronger and longer lasting than traditional flow molded cones. Top handle for easy handling. Non-stick cone interior prevents cones from clinging together. Recessed areas on collared cone protects expensive sheeting. Meets NCHRP-350 and MUTCD requirements. Fluorescent Orange.
