  1. WIRE SHELVING SUPPORTS

    DO THEY USE THE TRUE HVY DUTY SUPPORT POLES 1 INCH OR THE CHEEZY 5/8 INCH JUNK POLES.

    1. Extremely heavy duty. I had no idea that I was buying such a strong unit.

    2. They use a 3/4" pole. All shelving units I have previously purchased from Northern used a 1" pole.

    3. These appear to be 3/4 inch diameter poles and are certainly strong enough to do the job. I am not attempting to store gallons of paint or engine blocks on the shelves but they do the job for me.

    1. No, but they can take 5/16" x 18 threaded post casters. Worked nicely for me.

    1. No. you would have to order shelving that has casters.
