    1. The hook opening measures 51/64" wide. It has a max inside width of 1-19/64". The hook itself measures 2-15/16" long and 1/2" wide.

  5. I have painted door panel to lift, weight less than 50kg,to avoid scratching the painted surface, can I replace the metal chain with rope?

    1. This hoist is not designed to be used with rope. Making modifications to this hoist would void the warranty. Please see our item #55267 for a rope pulley hoist that could work.
