  3. Help! How do you get the handle to lock? When I pull it towards me, if falls down. Are you not suppose to pull it that way? Thank you for any help you can give me.

    1. Pull the handle up from the platform and make sure the silver bar at the base is in the up position. If the bar is pushed down, the handle will release.
