  4. Is this pump suitable for septic tank applications/. What is the warranty on this pump?

    1. Two pumps have to be installed in the sewage pit (septic tank), the first pump as a primary pump and the second pump as the backup unit. Manufacturing defects are covered up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

  5. Can I reduce from 2" discharge down to 3/4" pvc pipe

    1. The discharge should not be reduced. Doing so will effect the flow rate and could cause damage to the pump.

    1. This is the pump only, a discharge hose is not included. At this time, we do not offer one for this pump.

  7. How tall is the pump and how tall and wide of a basin is needed ?

    1. The overall height of the pump is 14.17". The minimum size of the sump pit must be 18” (45.7 cm) in diameter and no less than 25” (63.5cm) deep.

  8. The pump manual (Pg 4, vs 9) states that the pump starts to pumping at 2 to 10 inch water level , in our case, it starts to pump at 16 inch and stops at 10 inch . Is there a way to adjust the mechanical float ?

    1. There is not an adjustment on the mechanical float.
