  2. Do you have to add the oil right out of the box, or is that a maintenance issue that you do after it has been used

    1. The hammer does not need oil prior to initial usage. There is instructions in the manual on how to change and clean the unit under normal maintenance.

  3. How Long is the Chisel struck of this driver?

    1. The pointed chisel is 16" long overall. The flat chisel is 15.5" long overall.

  4. Is there a port to add grease or does it require greasing periodically? If there is a access port where is its location on the tool?

    1. There is not a port on the breaker hammer to add grease. To add, you will loosen the 4 screws between the aluminum head and the gear box. Disassemble the aluminum head, cylinder and piston. Clean the inside of the aluminum head. It must be free of metal chips and dusts. Also, clean the piston and cylinder. Additional cleaning instructions are included in the manual. Using the bottle, fil the aluminum head with grease. There are 4 grooves in the aluminum head. Fill the grooves with 0.53 ounces of grease, this will be a total of 2.12 ounces. Then fill the cylinder with 0.42 ounces of grease. Once filled, assemble the piston into the cylinder with O ring. And then assemble the cylinder into the aluminum head. Tighten the 4 inner hex screws. Be careful to not forget the spring washer when assembling.
