  1. Does this come with a hose reel? Description says it does, but the picture does now show one.

    1. This oil pump kit does not include a hose reel. Please see our item #58283 for a oil pump kit that includes a hose reel.

    2. No it does not. The hose is way to heavy duty to use a real. No need though as it isn't that long, and you just roll the cart over the the vehicle. Works awesome.

    3. This Oil Pump Kit does not include a hose reel. The item number 58283 includes the hose reel (see below).

  2. What is the replacement for the Digital oil control valve and meter , ours is not working any more. Need to order just the handle/oil meter.

    1. This system will pump SAE 80/90 gear oil.

  4. Can a 25' dispensing hose be used vice the 13' dispensing hose?

    1. It is not recommended to add any extra hose to this dispensing kit. Doing so could significantly decrease the flow rate. Making modifications would also void the warranty.

  5. Will a 15 gal drum fit on this cart ?

    1. This oil pump kit is designed to hold 13 to 16 gallon drums up to 14" in diameter.

  6. What is the max diameter oil can, it says 13-16 gal but the trolly pan size is not clear.

    1. The maximum drum diameter this trolley will handle is 14".

  7. Does this product contain any zinc? ( nuts, bolts, or coating of any kind)

    1. There are several parts that contain zinc. On the pump assembly the following parts are zinc: air motor shell inside (4), air motor shell outside (5), slider (7), washer (12), shovel washer (18), shovel rod (20), valve (21), spring (23), spring seat (24) and connect shaft (25). On the trolley: the handle wheel (9), the caster bracket and stem (17). On the digital control valve: swivel (1-1), washer (1-6), screw (3-14) and the nozzle with tip (4).

  8. Can this pump be used to pump Adhesive with 2000 - 2500 CPs viscosity?

    1. This is for use with medium to high viscosity oil, it is compatible with oil under SAE240. This is not for use with adhesives.

    1. This oil pump kit is designed for use with 13-16 gallon drums. We do offer a Roughneck oil pump kit, item 66345, which will work with a 30 gallon drum instead.
