  1. What is the thickest steel that the bits will cut through? Do I need to use cutting oil when drilling steel?

    1. The maximum cutting depth of these hole saws is 45mm. While these blades can cut without oil, using cutting oil is recommended as it will help extend the lifespan of the tool.

    1. The kit will include: 11 x bi metal in sizes 3/4", 7/8", 1, 1 1/8", 1 1/4", 1 3/8", 1 1/2", 1 3/4", 2", 2 1/8" and 2 1/2". (2) hex shank mandrels in 3/8" that are 9/16" to 1 3/16" and 1 1/4" to 6" and (4) replacement 1/4" pilot drill bits.
