  1. is this a endless rope puller

    1. The way this puller is set up it is not an endless puller. But using the same diameter and type of rope with a single loop on one end you can use any length rope you desire. Use a hook with a pin to attach to the rope and add a snatch block is all that's needed.

    2. The puller comes with it's own rope, don't think you can change it. When I came up short it was easy to just tie another rope to the hook.

  2. Does this have letdown or reverse

    For example you are pulling something up and want to let it back down slowly

    1. Yes, there is a 'reverse' but it only works one notch at a time while under tension. It is terribly slow but safe.

    2. This rope puller does not have a reverse feature; however, there is a drive pawl that can release one notch at a time.

    1. About 20 ft. 19.7ft actually....in the description.

    1. The single line capacity of this rope puller is 1,100 lbs. The double line capacity, when using the included snatch block, is 2,200 lbs.

  5. need rope puller to pull top of one oak tree towards 2nd oak tree 45 feet away. MY ROPE IS 3/4 inch wide. Will this puller work with 3/4 inch rope and do the job? Or does this puller only work with 1/2 inch wide rope?

    1. This rope puller includes rope that is 0.39" wide (10mm). Using rope other than what is included is not recommended and could void the warranty.
