    1. On this IPT by Gorman-Rupp Submersible Shredder Sewage Pump there are many variables that will determine static head, or how far it will pump horizontally. It is possible for this pump to push clear water 400-500 feet, with no vertical lift. Increase in lift height or thicker viscosity will decrease the distance this pump will push liquid.

  10. Float switch and depth range?

    I have a shallow sewage indoor tank. Pump need to turn on at about 3 inches of water and turn off at about 5 inches. Is this pump suitable?

    1. You will need to order the optional submersible float switch for this pump. Item number IP55-930.
