    1. The battery model 24M-XHD is not an AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) battery. It is a standard flooded, wet cell lead acid battery.

    1. You would need to add water to the battery.

  5. My battery has been in the garage all winter and it has not been on a trickle cell charger. I never know if I should be charging this battery at a 40 amp rapid charge or  2 amp slow charge and for how long?

    1. When choosing a battery charger, you will want a charger to be 10-20 percent of the Ah rating of the battery. Charging a lead acid battery, a 2 amp charger is best. The lower amp will take longer to charge the battery, but will extend the life of the battery.
