  1. will this have enough power to take the wheel off from a car or pickup?

    1. Yes, easily.

    2. Yes, without a problem. As long as you supply it with the proper air flow. I use this wrench in my garage working on cars and light trucks up to 1-ton (Ford F350, Chevy and Dodge 3500).

  2. Is this a oil daily gun?

    1. Yes, use an oiler or put a few drops of good air tool oil in the gun before you plug in the hose.

    2. All air tools should be oiled lightly before using. It depends on the amount of use, if using all day in a tire shop I would say yes daily. Less for infrequent work.

    3. It does not need to be oiled every day, unless you are using it everyday. It should be oiled before each use and before you put it away.

  3. Does this product require an in-line pressure oiler for intermittant home use?

    I have a small 3/8 craftsman impact wrench. I squiret oil into the air fitting before each use. Would this method be sufficient for the ingersol rand product?

    1. oil when going use it and when your done using it

    2. Put about five drops of air tool oil in the air fitting before each use. This will also work for every day use as well. If you will not be using it much, put five drops in it and run it for a couple seconds before putting it in your tool box.

    3. You do not have to use an inline oiler, you can do it by hand. If you do oil it by hand if it is used a lot during the day you will need to oil it 2-3 times. It is also important when you are done and putting away for storage to put a couple drops of oil in the gun and bump the trigger so the oil goes up into the inlet to keep it from rusting. The gun is all metal.

  4. How do I make the drill go forward and reverse.

    1. This features a F (forward) and R (reverse) valve located on the left and right side. Speed can be adjusted in both forward and reverse from 0-5. Please refer to page 2 and 3 of the product manual located above Features + Benefits for additional information.

  7. Gun says it needs 4.2 cfm--22 cfm at load. Will a 30 gal 5.1 cfm compressor handle this gun? What do they mean by "at load"

    1. The average air consumption for this impact wrench is 4.2 CFM. When it states "22 CFM at load" that means it requires 22 CFM to perform at maximum capacity. To get the best performance from this tool, you will need an air compressor that can produce a minimum of 22 CFM.
