Product Summary

For most agricultural chemical spraying and other fluid transfer applications. This roller pump has Viton seals and Super Rollers, which are ideal for use with water soluble chemical and emulsifiable concentrates because they do not swell in water. Super Rollers also maintain their performance when exposed to chemical carriers such as xylene.

  1. What is the pump direction? When I need to direct couple it to the gas engine, the shaft needs to turn clockwise when looking at the pump shaft. Does it rotate that way?

    1. The 4-roller pump would have a 5/8 inch x 1.43 inch keyed shaft.

  3. What is the rotation of this pump?  I believe I need it to be CCW to direct couple to a gas engine.

    1. When the pump is installed direct mounted to an engine it will turn counter clockwise.

  4. Is the 5/8” shaft a keyed shaft ?

    1. The shaft is not keyed. It will have a D slotted shaft. This means it will have a flat spot at the end of the shaft.

  5. What is the mounting bolt spacing?

    1. The center hole to center hole width is 1 inch apart. The mounting holes will be pre tapped 5/16-18 threaded holes.

  10. what size engine, mount, coupling

    Does Northern Toll carry a small engine that will work with this pump? Is there a standard mounting bracket to put the two together? Does Northern tool have the coupling for the two?

    1. This cast iron 4-roller pump requires an engine with a HP rating between 1 1/2 and 3.
      This pump has a 5/8 diameter shaft that will direct couple to an engine shaft using love-joy couplers shown below.
