The Hydro Handle HH738BIT 7-3/8in. Electroplated Diamond Bit is designed for core drilling large openings in tile, quartz, marble, stone and other hard materials. This size is commonly used for floor drains, shower bases, sink cutouts and oversized pipe penetrations in professional stone and tile installations. Its electroplated diamond coating provides a sharp and uniform cutting edge that delivers smooth holes while reducing chip-out on brittle surfaces. Engineered side openings channel water to the cutting edge and remove slurry to improve cooling, while the lathed steel body provides stability and resists vibration during high torque operation. The drill bit achieves maximum speed and life in water-feed setups while also providing dependable results in dry drilling when required.
