  1. If I lift up the chute what is the overall width. My shed door opening is 47” wide. Thanks

    1. The shield/deflector measures 20" long and 10" wide. The deck measures 53" long and 35" wide. Folding the shield/deflector up should give a width of about 53" to 55", but it is best to use a tape measure to verify before driving through a narrow opening.

  2. Does the Ts 140 X Lawn Tracter have the Pto blade engagement button

    1. This model has a manual clutch engagement. It would not have a PTO blade engagement button.

    1. There is no gas gauge on the mower. You would just remove the fuel cap and look inside to see the level.

  4. What is the HP and please describe the "3 blades.

    1. The TS 140X’s 42‑inch stamped deck uses two OEM 21‑inch blades. The correct replacement blade number is 532138971. It is powered by a 22‑HP Briggs & Stratton EXi2200 V‑Twin engine.

  5. DOES THE TRANSMISSION OIL AND FILTER NEED TO BE CHANGED

    1. The oil filter should be changed after 100 hours of use. This lawn tractor is a sealed, maintenance free hydrostatic unit. It does not require or is not recommended to regularly change the transmission oil. The engine oil should be changed after 50 hours of use. This information will be listed in your product manual.
