  2. what throttle control fixed means

    1. A fixed throttle control would mean that the engine speed (RPM) cannot be adjusted. It will run at the full 3,600 RPM when running.

  3. The only difference that I see in the model number of this motor is: This motor shows 'LA1' in the model number. Mine shows 'LA0' in the model number. From what I see, this is only the manufacturing location and nothing more. Am I correct?

    1. The "L" is US Carb tier 3 and the "A" is the manufacturing location, United States. The "1" or "0" would be the model version like a change in the color.
