Can I use this wire to weld aluminum without gas?
I have a wire feed welder and I am using gasless flux wire on steel. Can I use aluminum wire the same way or do I need to have gas?

I believe you need argon gas. I don't know of a flux core aluminum wire

No, you must have shielding gas to weld aluminum. And it has to be 100% argon - carbon dioxide and trigas are only for welding steel. The thread on a bottle of argon is different than a bottle of carbon dioxide or trigas, but you can you use the same flow/pressure regulator by purchasing an adapter to thread on the bottle of argon. The adapter is a lot cheaper than buying a second flow/pressure regulator.
