Product Summary

Comfort and convenience on your terms. The Hisense 8,000 BTU Window Air Conditioner with ConnectLife App is a smart, capable unit for rooms up to 350 square feet — designed to fit naturally into how you live rather than adding complexity to your day. The ConnectLife app gives you full remote control from your smartphone, so you can cool your space before you arrive or adjust settings without leaving the couch. An included remote and sleek electronic touch controls offer additional convenience for everyday use. Three modes — Cooling, Fan, and Dehumidifier — handle everything from peak summer heat to muggy, uncomfortable days. Four-way air direction distributes conditioned air evenly throughout the room, keeping comfort consistent from corner to corner rather than concentrated near the unit. A washable, removable filter makes upkeep quick and easy. Backed by a 2-year warranty — twice the standard coverage — this is a unit you can rely on for the long haul.

Questions & Answers

Questions

  1. all lights are just blinking , i can't turn it off with remote. i have reset it on theplug in and it starts blinking again. What should i do?

    1 answer

    1. To operate the room air conditioner, aim the remote control at the signal receptor. The remote control will operate the air conditioner at a distance of up to 23' (7m) when pointed at the signal receptor. Make sure that the battery is correctly installed in the remote. You then will need to turn on the ON/OFF button. Press MODE to select the option needed. You may need to unplug, leave the item unplugged for a couple minutes and then plug in again.
