  1. all lights are just blinking , i can't turn it off with remote. i have reset it on theplug in and it starts blinking again. What should i do?

    1. To operate the room air conditioner, aim the remote control at the signal receptor. The remote control will operate the air conditioner at a distance of up to 23' (7m) when pointed at the signal receptor. Make sure that the battery is correctly installed in the remote. You then will need to turn on the ON/OFF button. Press MODE to select the option needed. You may need to unplug, leave the item unplugged for a couple minutes and then plug in again.
