  1. What s the height when the muffler is installed? From base to top of muffler.

    1. The height of the muffler from the center of the mounting pipe to the top of the muffler is approximately 5.95". When installed on a compatible engine the overall height would be approximately 18.01".

  2. Will this muffler void my Honda warranty?

    1. The muffler is designed to Honda specifications. Correct installation of this muffler with no adjustments will not void your warranty in most cases.

  3. Can you tell me what muffler gasket kit do I need?  Does this include the bolts?

    1. Our sister company, Jacks Small Engines, offers the gaskets for the muffler at www.JacksSmallEngines.com, part number HC18333ZK6Y00. You will need 2 for this muffler. The muffler does not include the mounting hardware.

  4. When installed does this muffler sit higher than the top of the air cleaner? I have limited space overhead and the air filter is the highest i can go.

    Is this the full muffler kit, which includes mounting hardware and a muffler protector/heat shield (Part #06183-Z6L-010), or just the muffler (part #18310-Z6L-003)?

    1. It would include the heat shield, it does not include mounting hardware.
