  1. If where my metal building is theres almost no signal there in the yard will this boost it so my 4000sf building has good reception inside

The HiBoost F10GI-5S-BTW (likely a variant of the HiBoost 10K Smart Link) might work in your metal building, but its success hinges on having some weak outdoor signal to capture, as boosters can't create signal from nothing. For a 4000 sq ft metal structure with "hardly any signal," you'd need to ensure strong outside placement (windows, roof) for the outdoor antenna and understand that metal acts like a Faraday cage, blocking signals, requiring proper setup with interior antennas to rebroadcast, potentially needing stronger models like the HiBoost 10K for large or very weak areas.
