Heavy-duty Glideforce toggle reversing switch simplifies wiring all 12V DC motor linear actuators. Built-in polarity reversing circuit makes drive-out/drive-in linear actuator control easy. Simply connect power, ground and two DC motor leads and the switch will reverse the motor direction when operated. U.S.A.

  1. What size in-line fuse should I use when wiring this switch?

    1. 30amp fuse

    2. We hooked up a 7 amp piece of equipment to the switch so we used a 10 amp fuse in line. You are trying to protect your wiring not the switch. If you were to hook up a 2 amp piece of equipment you might fuse it with a 2-3 amp fuse. I hope that makes sense.

    3. This toggle switch can be wired with a maximum 30 AMP fuse. You could use less amperage fuses to match to the amp draw required to operate the 12 volt item that is operating.

  2. Is there a wiring pigtail available for this switch?

    1. No. Make your own using spade lugs.

  4. Will this work for an ATV winch that uses 30 amps also?

    If this works like it says, then I should be able to use it on a 2000 winch with out it over heating.

    1. If the running amps of the winch are 15 amps or less this switch will work. You need to allow for the start up amperage surge on the winch.
