Customer will be contacted prior to delivery to schedule the inspection and familiarization training appointment. Due to this requirement, product must be purchased and used in U.S.A. only.   1. Can this lift be operated up and down from controls in the basket and from the bottom? And will it run on a 20a outlet?

    1. The up/down controls are accessible from the bucket and ground. This will work on a 15 or 20 amp. breaker.
