Product Summary

The Genie Silent/Max 1200 Garage Door Opener System features a 3/4 HPc Power Plus 140V motor to operate almost any residential garage door up to 7ft.H from the box, or up to 8ft.H with an extension kit (sold separately). The DC motor and belt drive allow for quiet, smooth operation with soft start and stop. The two 100 Watt bulb lighting system provides added convenience and safety. The maximum opening speed of 9in. per second delivers fast performance. SmartSense™ pushbutton programming makes setup fast and easy. The auto-seek dual frequency system automatically seeks either the 315 or 390 MHz frequency produced by a remote to ensure the opener will respond regardless of nearby frequency interference. GenieSense™ monitoring and diagnostic technology deliver the power needed at every movement of the garage door and continuously monitor the door operation. GenieSense minimizes noise, wear and tear on the door and improves overall safety.
