  1. Is the highest setting with levers away from operator or closest to operator?

  2. What is height adjustment range - how close will nozzels get to the working area?

    1. The short answer is I personally think it has about a 3-1/2" working range.
      The long answer is as follows:
      It offers a total of 7 height settings. At the lowest setting, if you held the pressure washer wand perfectly perpendicular to the ground, you could get as close as 1-1/8" to the ground; however, that is neither practical nor comfortable. Holding the wand at a comfortable working angle, which I realize is subjective and different for everyone, gave me a working range spanning 2 to 5-1/2".

    2. The adjustment is similar to the wheels on a lawn mower. The height is 3" - 6" approximately.

  3. I have a 2000psi/3 gpm pressure washer. How efective will this unit be with my machine?

    1. I used it with a 3,600 PSI pressure washer with the height levers set in the lowest position. For me, it did a really good job using all 3 nozzles.
      I think with your 2,000 PSI machine you may have to block one of the nozzles with the plug they provide in order to be able to do a good job.

    2. This water broom has a maxium gpm/psi rating of 4/4000. It would be ideal for your pressure washer.

  4. Can you use different size nozzles for the broom? 25 degree or 40 degree? What size 65 degree nozzles come with it (2.0, 3.0, etc.)?

    1. any nozzle will attach to the deck - it has the same quick disconnects as the end of the wand. I believe it came with 3 white heads - that work very effectivly. But you will want to ensure the nozzles you use overlap each other otherwise it will leave lines that you will have to go back over.

    2. The General Pump TriKleener deluxe water broom is supplied with 3, 65 degree spray pattern nozzles with a 1.35 orifice. You can changed the nozzles using a standard quick couple.

  7. In the video it shows this product cleaning a wood deck, yet there are no reviews or recommendations for this. Can it clean wood decks, and if so are there any recommendations for it?

    1. This water broom can be used for cleaning wood decks. Adjust as needed, if a gentler stream is desired, raise the height.

  8. Lowest operating pressure.

    I do low pressure roof cleaning. I have been looking for a better way to rinse the roofs more thoroughly. This would be ideal as would one of the flat surface cleaner. I would want to use it with standard household pressure just for close proximity rinsing. Would this be able to do that?

    1. The minimum PSI for the broom to clean would be 1000 PSI. It can be hooked up to standard household pressure but would not be enough pressure to do any cleaning with it. For just rinsing it could work.

  9. Can it be used to wash the underside of a vehicle?

    I need to be able to powerwash the undercarriage of vehicles. Northern Tool used to have such a device, but I haven't seen one in quite a while, and was wondering if this could be modified to wash upwards instead of downwards?

    1. The General Pump TriKleener deluxe water broom can not be reversed to wash upwards.

  10. Where can I find these 65º, 1.35 orifice replacement nozzles? They are very hard to find. Northern tool does not stock them.
