    1. No, this generator does not have an idle control feature. The unit runs at a constant 3600 RPM.

  2. @ 10% distortion is this safe for sensitive electronics?

    1. I used my computers (2) with no problem. Note both were on quality ( not $10 ones) surge protectors. Also LCD TV.

  3. Transfer switch compatibility

    Is this generator compatible with a Generac model 1276 transfer switch? This switch allows a maximum of 7200 watts but this model generator has 8125 surge watts. The devices I am running with my current generator do not exceed 6850 surge watts with 5500 running watts.
