    1. The large capacity fuel tank will allow a run time of up to 15 hours at 25% load, up to 10 hours at 50% load and approximately 5 hours on a 100% load.

    1. This generator has an overall height of 26.5" and width of 27". The length with the handle extended is 45.5" and the length without the handle (end to end of generator frame) is 27.2". The overall length with the handle folded is approximately 29".

    1. The generator can be connected to a transfer switch that you would connect to your circuit breaker panel box. See item #63261 for generators up to 8000 watts.

    1. The dimensions shown of 27 1/4" L x 27" W x 26 5/8" H would include the wheels. The overall length with the handles out would be 45.5".

  8. Does the battery charge while generator is running, or does it require either a charger or battery tender be plugged into generator and attached to battery?

    1. This model does not charge the battery while running, Generac includes a battery charger.

  9. What is the differance in the XG and GP

    1. The GP is more for general home owner use. The XG is a more industrial generator and has GFCI protected circuit breaker protected circuits.
