  • WATER BASED FORMULA: The Armor SX5000 WB is water-based. It is easy to use, 0 VOC, and has no odor. Clean-up is quick and easy, and can be done with soap and water.
  • Coverage Rate: Porous Surfaces: Up to 175 FT2/gallon in one coat. Smooth Surfaces (once properly prepped): Up to 200-225 FT2/gallon in one coat. Coverage will vary depending on porosity, surface condition, application method, and the amount of material applied by the applicator. The above coverage rates are estimates and will vary. Two coats are suggested for even coverage and appearance.

  1. Will this stop water from going thru my naturestone garage floor from going thru to my drop ceiling.Had tile in my basement?

    1. This water repellent sealer will not stop water from pushing through the floor. It is a breathable, penetrating silane-siloxane sealer designed to bead surface water and reduce absorption. It cannot hold water pushing up from the ground and will not stop leaks originating beneath your floor.
