  • Coverage: Porous Surfaces: up to 200 FT2 in one coat. Smooth Surfaces (once properly prepped): up to 400 FT2 in one coat. Coverage will vary depending on porosity, surface condition, application method, and the amount of material applied by the applicator. The above coverage rates are estimates.

    1. The application temperature is 55 degrees to 85 degrees F. The boiling point is 212 degrees F (100 degrees C).

    1. It is best to apply stain before applying the lithium silicate densifier. It is possible to stain afterwards with some precautions.

    1. The concrete densifier and hardener must be diluted with water before use.

  4. How long does it take to dry? 75°

    1. The product would dry to the touch in 1-2 hours, if recoating allow 2-3 hours to dry. For foot traffic allow 12-24 hours and for vehicles allow 24-48 hours drying time.

  5. Will this product stop water vapor from passing through the slab from ground water

    1. No, it will not. To completely stop water vapor, a vapor barrier is required.
