The polyester top is 30+ UV resistant to keep it looking great season after season. The sturdy cement base foundation is covered by a plastic polymer that will resist cracking and rotting and will withstand the elements and still look great. The base weighs 30 pounds and will hold up to a 10ft. umbrella. The powder coated steel post has 3 adapters to accommodate umbrella poles from 1.38 - 1.96in. and a handy knob to ensure a tight fit.
