The Fill-Rite diesel fuel transfer pump delivers diesel fuel or light oils. Not to be used for dispensing gasoline, alcohol, or waste vegetable oil to be used for biodiesel fuel.

  1. Why can't this product be used with vegetable oil intended to be used for biodiesel?

    1. The viscocity is too high and the pump really struggles and will burn out quickly!

    2. If this pump is used for biodiesel or vegetable oil, it will gum up the rotors and vanes. It is also not recommened for the seals.

    1. The Fill-Rite transfer pump can not be used with gas as the pump would be harmed plus the fire hazard that could occur.
