It is ideal for use with up to 40 horse power tractors. The working depth of this furrower is 6-8in., to provide a deep root-base. The interchangeable blades are 3/16in. thick for durability. The wide blade has a cutting width of 11in. The Furrower also includes a 2in., hardened, ripper-tooth blade for an extremely versatile furrower.
