This floor kit is installed after the shed has been built. It is designed to be used as support for a plywood floor, not included, but it is not a base. The base can be anything from level ground, crushed gravel, or a solid wooden or concrete pad. The floor kit can be attached to the shed as well, however it will not hold it down. An anchor kit for the shed, sold separately, can be purchased direct from the manufacturer.
