  1. are they quiet ? I would hang 2 0n my porch but if they are noisy it would be a problem

  2. Is this fan suitable for dusty conditions? I want to use it in a horse barn that is dusty and I do want a fire risk.

    1. I used them in a 28 stall barn with no problem.  I mounted them I per every other stalls.  Plenty of air movement.  Worked for years.

  7. If I wanted to run this off a solar panel setup what would the volt, amp, and wattage requirements be?

    1. The Extreme Air Wall Mount Fan (Model POW18B) operates at 115V AC and consumes about 160 watts. To run it on a 12V solar setup, you'll need a 300–350W solar panel, a 12V 100Ah battery, a 300W pure sine wave inverter, and a 30A MPPT charge controller, with the fan drawing approximately 15 amps from the battery at full power.
