    1. The total length of the pump is 17 1/4".

  2. Is this hand pump capable to be refilled with oil easily if needed?

    1. It would be easy to refill the pump with oil, if needed. Your would just remove the vent/fill cap from the reservoir and fill the reservoir to the level mark shown on the pump. Remove any air from the system if necessary. See page 4 of the product manual on our website.

  3. Can this pump be used to tilt a semi cab up? I can't get a replacement pump for my semi. Do you another one that would work?

    1. This pump cannot be used to tilt a semi cab up. It would be best to contact your semi-truck dealer for replacement components.

    1. The inside distance between the feet is 15.1 inches. The feet do not require mounting. This is a portable unit.

  6. Can this pump be used for water? If so, is there much force when the liquid comes out?

    We have an old cistern that is far from the house. There is no electricity. I would like to install a hand pump but I would also like the hose to have pressure so that I could use it to wash off concrete. If this pump will not work for that purpose, is there one that will? Thank you

    1. This pump is not recommended for use with water. Northern has a couple of hand pumps more suited to water for cleaning as you suggest though they are not safe to use for potable water intended for human or animal consumption. See below.
