Your original washer suspension kit might have to be replaced if the washer is making a loud banging sound during the washing cycle and/or is shaking or vibrating noticeably. Sometimes the washer will vibrate excessively if the washer is not leveled properly. The Replacement W10780045 Washer Suspension Kit from ERP® supports the washer tub and keeps it stable during unbalanced loads. Check that all leveling legs are in contact properly with the floor. Always replace all 4 suspension rods at the same time. Even though some of the rods may appear to be good, it is important that the spring tension be equal. The spring on a used suspension rod will be worn.
