  1. Do I have to use a ball with this or can I use the 2'' hitch triball hitch off my truck?

    It would be great to get a picture of it mounted.

    1. A tri-ball will work. the mount is the same size to fit into a 2" receiver

    2. You could use the tri-ball hitch from your truck as long as it fits a 2" receiver.

    3. You can use the hitch off your truck. I do and it works great. I don't have a picture of it mounted but It's straight forward and simple mounting to your existing tool bar with 2 provided bolts.

    4. You should be able to slide your tri-ball right into this unit just like you would the hitch on your truck.

    5. I use the triball two inch receiver bar-fits perfectly. Most people don't even know what a triball receiver is, for them any 2 inch receiver will fit. Sorry no pictures-no camera.

    7. I use the tri-ball that goes to my pickup! I counted the bolt holes to meet center and bolted the stabilizer down with the included bolts. Insert trailer hitch and done!

    8. If your tri-ball is on a 2" square ball mount, the ball mount will slip right into this receiver. The picture on-line does not do a good job of showing how the draw bar stabilizer works as a 2" receiver, but it does do a great job for tongue weights up to 200 lbs.

    1. The EMP Tractor Draw Bar Stabilizer has an overall height of 17 inches. The distance from the center of the top link hole to the top of the horizontal mount bracket is 15 11/16 inches.

  5. what is difference between Cat 0 & Cat 1?

    1. Category 0 implements have a 5/8" pin and are used on tractors up to 20 HP. Category 1 has 3/4" pins and are used on tractors up to 45 HP.
