Engineered for up to 60,000 hours of service life (based on B-10 bearing life with proper maintenance), this compressor features a rugged all-cast iron, Pressure-lubricated pump that produces an impressive 38CFM at 100 PSI, providing dependable air delivery for demanding applications. At the heart of this system is EMAX's patented Silent Air Technology, designed to significantly reduce compressor intake noise. By channeling incoming air through a series of engineered baffle plates, the system lowers operating noise levels by more than 35% while adding four stages of air filtration to help protect the compressor and improve air quality. Built with premium components throughout, this unit includes a heavy-duty 1.1 Service Factor, 1740 RPM industrial electric motor, a reliable Condor pressure switch, manual tank drain, OSHA-approved 18-gauge steel belt guard, and a durable 80-gallon ASME-certified powder-coated air tank with reinforced mounting pads. A large 3/4in. air outlet ensures maximum airflow to your equipment. Each compressor is factory-filled with 70-hour break-in oil and includes a complimentary first maintenance kit for use after the initial break-in period. To receive extended warranty coverage, warranty registration is required after purchase. Proudly built and performance-tested in Ohio, EMAX compressors are engineered for long-term durability and backed by one of the strongest warranties in the industry.
