  1. What is the inside measurement of legs front to back?Worried it will impede opening side toolbox on cap.

    1. The width of the legs are equal to the length of the truck bed.  It can accommodate width up to 75 inches wide.

    1. The truck cap rack has an adjustable width of up to 68 inches and is 134.5 inches long. You will need to check the dimensions to determine if it will work on your truck.

  3. Two questions, can rack be polished and can it be installed so it doesn't protrude over sides?

    1. The truck rack can be polished with a aluminum polish. The width of the rack is adjustable and can be adjusted up to 68 inches wide. The mounting brackets would need to be mounted to the truck beds top rail, they could not be installed so they did not protrude over the sides.

    1. You would need to check the dimensions of your truck bed. This will fit a total length of 134.5 inches and the width can be adjusted to a maximum of 80.25 inches.

    1. This truck cap rack would be designed to transport oversized items like ladders, lumber, or kayaks on top of a truck cap or camper shell. It would not be recommended to add a rooftop tent.

  8. What is the distance from the bottom of the foot to the bottom of the crossbar? I need to make sure that it will clear my topper.
