The EGO POWER+ Ice Auger delivers up to 65ft.-pounds of torque for boring through the thickest ice. Its ergonomic handle design makes the auger easy to maneuver and improves safety, and its anti-kickback system further safeguards from unexpected jams. This cordless auger will bore through up to 2,500in. of ice on a single charge with the recommended 5.0Ah ARC Lithium™ battery (available separately). High and low speeds plus a reverse function allow efficient digging. The auger is equipped with a universal bit connection to allow compatibility with earth and ice bits for added versatility with an 8in. auger bit for ice included.   1. I have the 56v 4.0 AH battery already would it would just as well with that than the 5.0AH

    1. The ice auger would work as well with the 5.0 Ah battery. The 5.0 Ah will last a little longer than the 4.0 Ah before needing to be charged.

  2. Is this just the head of auger or is auger blade included hard to tell from picture

    1. The auger power head and 8" drill bit are included in the kit. The battery and charger are not included.
