    1. The model NTEFD-1201L, will have a built in 12,000 mAh lithium ion battery. The battery is not replaceable.

  2. can this be powered by a 12v car battery during a power outage?

    1. The fan can be powered by a 12-volt car battery only if you use a power inverter or a dedicated 12-volt DC cord. You would use a standard DC to AC power inverter plugged into the vehicles power inlet or a DC auxiliary cord plugged into the vehicles power inlet into the fan's charging port.
